ADULT
Therapy can seem daunting, but I hope to show you and others how beneficial it can be to finally show up for yourself. In therapy, I plan to help you reach a multitude of goals and overcome any challenges you may face. This may include:

CHILDREN & TEEN
As parents and guardians, we want what is best for our children. Sometimes that answer is therapy. I utilize a multitude of methods with children and teens. Creative and Expressive therapy can often be the best way to connect. I also utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), some mindfulness-based techniques, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) within my practice. I will help your child with:

PARENT SESSIONS & TEAM COLLABORATION
I provide parenting sessions to help support families meet their goals. I work with school counselors, psychiatrists, pediatricians, and anyone else who is a part of you or your child's treatment team. That collaboration could look like:

Collaboration with Psychologists and Psychiatrists for any evaluations

Collaboration with teachers, school counselors, and school administrators for IEP and 504 plans
